Ensemble Launches New Outerwear Line

Taking their taste, style, and business acumen that made Vale Jewelry so sucessful, Vale designers Ava and Eva Bai, along with their business partner Camilla Shah have recently launched Ensemble, a new clothing line unlike any other.  Specializing in fashion forward outerwear - think coats, jackets, blazers - the philosophy of Ensemble is to offer clothes that are classic, chic, and affordable.  At $95 for coats (pictured above), they are definitely hard to resist.

Ensemble plans to only sell online and direct-to-customer and not to stores.  By focusing on direct-to-customer and online, they are able to make the prices much more affordable to the consumer.  "Doing wholesale to stores requires a entirely different business strategy and, in the end, it makes the product more expensive to the customer," explains Ava Bai.  "By selling directly to the customer, we can sell at prices that works for the customer."  The Ensemble website will be launched in about a month.  In the meantime you can find them at The Market NYCon Saturdays and Sundays.  You can also contact Ensemble via email at: team@wearensemble.com

The Market NYC is the Place for Rings

Have you been looking for jewelry in all the wrong places?  At The Market NYC you can find the most original, handcrafted pieces that you won't find at the local mall. (every gift does NOT begin with Kay).  The Market NYC is the best in independent jewelry design in New York City.  Dozens of designers set up shop on weekends displaying their new creations.  It's variety and value at its best. "A lot of pieces are one of a kind and they use the market to test out new designs that will probably eventually go into boutiques," says Alex Pabon.  Just check out some of the rings we found at 490 Hudson and 268 Mulberry:
